Kay, your friendliness, warmth and true professionalism ensured that we could leave all the “proper” parts of our ceremony to you, enabling us to relax and savour every moment of our big day. The concierge at the Crowne Plaza told me that the staff had remarked to him about our wedding and how it had been one of the nicest that they had been involved in for some time.
